LaunchTime LLC is made up of 4 former coworkers and friends that ran Community Connect Inc. for many years. After we left Community Connect, we wondered what we wanted to do next. We agreed that we didn’t want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career. We didn’t want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed. You know, as a career, we didn’t want to do that. So we got together and formed LaunchTime.
So what are we doing? We decided that the most fun part of doing a start up is actually starting it up. Coming up with the ideas, building it, seeing it fail, seeing it succeed, working with a small team of people that are so excited about being part of something new and all the other beautiful moments that go along with the process. And we also realized it is a great way to make some good coin!
We are an incubator focused on building digital media and e-commerce ventures. We come up with ideas in sectors that are about to explode, assemble a team, build a product, market it and see if it has legs. We then release it into the wild so it can go be king of the jungle. We also work with fellow entrepreneurs that have an idea or a new business but need some magic pixie dust to help it really take off. We are not venture capitalists. We will invest some money to help but more importantly we invest our time, energy, know how and passion.
